To be successful in this role, you will be proactive with customer engagement across multiple communication channels, a detailed note-taker, organized, persistent, and love the grind that gets results.

This is a remote work-from-home position.

Travel will be required on select weekends from January through May.


Seek new business using existing and potential customer networks.

Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.

Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.

Requirements and skills:

Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.

Experience with CRM software and a general familiarity with administrative functions and project management tools (Monday, Trello or similar).

Understanding of sales performance metrics.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to direct customer interactions.

An ability to work independently and answer inquiries on time.

A familiarity with the cheer and dance industry is preferable, but not required.
