SHIPPING - DOMESTIC, INTERNATIONAL
US/DOMESTIC ORDERS
Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded if your order does not arrive in the estimated delivery time.
- US individual orders: 3-5 business days
- Gym orders of standard items: 5-10 days from receipt of payment
- Gym orders of custom items: 4-6 weeks during non-peak season. Additional weeks may be needed during peak season.
International Orders
Please note that international orders are not eligible for any promotional shipping and pricing campaigns. All international sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and fees is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

FIT/SIZE GUIDE
Cheerleading shoe sizes are not always comparable to regular street shoe sizing. We recommend using the No Limit Size Guide and measurement guides.
**A NOTE ABOUT OUR CHEER SHOES**
Cheerleading shoes are designed for a closer fit than regular shoes. Your new shoes may feel tight, however they will soften and conform to your foot with use.
You may want to consider your athlete’s age, position, and level:
- Lower allstar levels, rec cheer, and gameday cheerleaders may want a slightly looser fit for comfort during extended wear.
- Competitive and allstar athletes tend to prefer an exact fit and will cycle out their shoes every season.
- Elite flyers may prefer a tighter fit for stability in the air.
- Elite all girl and coed bases may want a slightly looser fit to allow toes to spread for a stable platform.
We do not recommend leaving more than half a size for growth for younger athletes.
PRODUCT CARE
CARING FOR YOUR NO LIMIT SHOES
No Limit shoes are designed to last which can mean that they start looking dirty before they actually wear out!
Tips to keep your shoes looking as good as they feel:
- Gently spot clean synthetic leather upper with a damp cloth and mild soapy water.
- Use an old toothbrush and mild soapy water to scrub soles.
- A Tide pen works wonders on any stains or discoloration on the mesh portions of upper.
- Use leave-in sweat absorbing balls/pods to eliminate odor, reduce bacterial growth, and keep your shoes fresh for every practice.
Do not put your No Limit shoes in the washer or dryer!
CUSTOMIZATION
CUSTOM SLIDES: GROUP ORDERS ONLY
No Limit offers custom designed slides to brand your team or organization.
Choose from 2 different sole colors, customize your pattern and colors, add up to two optional logo placements.
Customization includes the placement of your gym logo on the top of the slide, with the option of your letters or motto on the side.
You must be the owner of the brand to order products using that company or brand logo. (For example, a fan of Top Gun may not order Top Gun slides with their name on the side)
CUSTOM SHOES: TEAM ORDERS ONLY
No Limit offers custom designed V-RO shoes to match your gym colors.
Choose from 11 different sole colors, multiple upper colors and materials, and high/low top options.
Customization includes the placement of your gym logo on the side of the shoe, with options for text on the heel or toe panel.
High tops can be ordered with or without the ankle strap support.
Gym orders only, minimums apply. Made to order, no returns or exchanges.

Any items purchased through a third party must be returned to that vendor or store.
International Returns and Exchanges
International orders are not eligible for return through the site. If you purchased your No Limit shoes from a regional stockist or distributor, please contact them directly for their return and exchange policies.
