Meet Our Leadership TEAM
Kristy Velez- Owner & President
No Limit is more than just a company to me—it’s a legacy. Started by my dad, Luis Felix and Alan/Sandy Demattia, I’m proud to carry the torch forward as CEO. Before this, I spent 10 years running Ska Events, a NYC boutique event marketing company, which taught me the importance of hard work, integrity, and passion. I’m deeply passionate about being a good person and celebrating athletes in every sport—cheer, dance, you name it. These athletes work tirelessly, and they deserve to be recognized. Just like the small business owners who hustle every single day—we see you, and we’re with you.
Kristyann- VP of Sales & Operations
Mom of two and happily married for many years, she began her journey as an athlete in a variety of sports outside of cheer. After making a career change, she spent years leading teams in the cheer industry, gaining a deep understanding of the sport and the people who make it thrive. About a year ago, she embraced a larger opportunity as Vice President at No Limit, where she focuses daily on sales, company logistics, event needs, and the growth and management of the sales team, while maintaining close connections with all departments across the company.
Wisam- Supply Chain & Operations Director
Wisam brings years of experience in the non-profit world and warehouse management. A proud new dad and dedicated husband, he’s the guy behind the scenes making sure every order is packed and shipped with care. Around here, he’s our logistics lead, order support expert, shipment pro, and all-around jack-of-all-trades.
Krystin- Design & Marketing Director
With over three years at No Limit, Krystin wears many hats—Design Manager, Sales Representative, Event Specialist, and design expert. Known for her creativity and drive, she brings every project to life while building strong connections with not only her customers but all No Limit customers. Dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction, she goes above and beyond our customer needs. Krystin infuses energy and enthusiasm into every event and every customer interaction. Outside of work, she is a proud mom of two and happily married to her best friend.
Kathryn- National & International Sales Executive
A former gymnast, cheerleader and gym owner, with over 4 years in the cheer industry, she’s a proud mom of an athlete and now serves as Sales Director and Representative—bringing insider experience, passion, and a drive to help teams succeed. For over 3 years at No Limit, she has managed orders and logistics while providing unwavering support to customers across the board. Married to her best friend for many years, she balances dedication to her work with devotion to her family.
